SHIPPING POLICY

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

You will find accurate Worldwide (Air) and SA (Surface) Shipping rates on our site on each product page (to estimate individual items) as well as on your complete basket contents at any time (in your basket page).  Be sure to enter your address details correctly. Please be aware that you are responsible for any clearance fees, duties and taxes when you import the goods into your country. 

Anything over 32kg of actual goods in your basket jumps up in cost by a large amount and is less economical for you. Rather place multiple / separate orders adding up to no more than 32kg to benefit from our optimum rates. If you want to purchase more than 32kg of goods (for example a large single piece, or heavy multiple items) we can discuss with you about splitting your shipment over more than one shipment so you get the best rates for shipping or look at alternative shipping options for larger pieces. 

For order weights above 100kg basket weight, we cannot automatically calculate and charge you at the time of checkout as we would want to get you the very best shipping rates to ship your item(s). Whilst the website will indicate in this case that Shipping is 'FREE' (Quote Me) and let you checkout, this means that we will only charge you for your goods and then quote and invoice you separately for the shipping of your goods. However your beautiful products are safe, bought and paid for. You may of course also arrange you own collection with your favourite courier should you wish in which case, please choose the PICK UP option at checkout.

So again, while some Shipping options on our site might say 'FREE' it never is unless you are collecting from us. That is the only type of fulfilment that is actually FREE and is available at checkout.

We always endeavour to pack and ship your order within 72 hours from time of order and payment.

COLLECTION / OWN COURIER: You are more than welcome to select 'PICK UP' at checkout and use your own couriers to collect from TOPROCK Farm in Ashburton, KZN, South Africa. You will need to change your 'Delivery Location' (not your Billing address) at Checkout to 'South Africa' to allow this. As we are not handling the export and documentation for you, will unavoidably be charged South African VAT at 15% on top of your order.

SOUTH AFRICA SHIPPING  
For local shipment to our South African clients we use 'The Courier Guy' and your shipping cost will automatically be calculated as you head towards checkout.
