SHIPPING RATES AND ZONES

Toprock ships 'door to door' worldwide using DHL and Fedex. Your treasures are safely and beautifully packed and always travel by air.

Our website has a Shipping Calculator built into your 'cart / basket' so you are able to see your shipping rate options and costs at any time for the contents of your 'cart / basket'. The results in this calculator will also tell you your shipping Zone (eg. Z3).

The Shipping Calculator is also available on every item's individual page which will calculate the shipping for that stand-alone item which is handy when looking for larger specimens.

The world is divided up into 7 different Shipping Zones all with different shipping rates, but the website will give you a live rate for any shipment (contents of your 'cart / basket') upto 100kg which you can instantly checkout, pay, and start it's journey to you.

For smaller packages around 1-2kg you can ship anywhere in the world for as little as $30-$55 depending on your 'zone'. For those wanting to order a lot more items or heavier individual pieces, you will find that the best value for shipping is upto 30-32kg so try and aim for that. Above those weights the rates (price for kg) starts to increase unavoidably so you can either split your order or ask us to prepare a custom quote.

For shipments over 100kg, you are still able to checkout and pay for your item, but your checkout shipping options will automatically default to 'QUOTE ME' which we will then follow up with a customised shipping quote to deliver your piece which will be paid by you separately.

For South African customers, we use 'The Courier Guy' and your shipping is automatically calculated at the checkout.

COLLECT / PICK UP?
If you have a favoured Courier Company, reside or have friends and family in South Africa, you are of course always able to 'Pick Up' from Toprock Farm, KZN in South Africa for which there is no charge. You will need to select 'Pick Up - Own Courier' at checkout and then follow the links on the site to change your delivery location to 'South Africa' in order to be shown our pick up store and enable this feature (use Postcode 3213). Your Billing location will stay the same. South African VAT @15% is automatically added to your entire order for any orders collected or delivered within South Africa.

Our shipping rates are the very best available and are charged to you at our cost ... so you can safely order and ship in one transaction without concern.
