Natural Sparkling Drusy Chrysocolla Pseudomorph after Malachite after Azurite Specimen x 1 From Lupoto Mine, Congo

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is a bright, sparkling blue drusy coated Chrysocolla pseudomorph specimen. The drusy coating protects the Chrysocolla from desiccation and oxidiration. Small, clear and fine Dolomite crystallisation grown over the Chrysocolla after Malachite after the Azurite original crystal formation. The Ferro Dolomite contrasting red brown matrix contrasts nicely with the sparkling blue vugs. There is a small area of Black Heterogenite. The Copper rich fluids in hydrothermal pockets completely replaced the original Azurite and Malachite while preserving their formation.
