PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is a superb, extra-large, dark green, crystalline, botryoidal Malachite double sided floater plate specimen, with a crystalline Quartz centre and Quartz crystals exposed in a couple of places. It is definitely an exquisite, unusual, classic piece with contrasting minerals. This gorgeous and huge piece has a beautifully formed thin plate of Quartz, while the Malachite has grown on both sides of it, dripped in layers from hydrothermal Copper activity onto a Quartz vein vug to form this magnificent piece. The Malachite weighs 8.6 kg, and the stand weighs 1.1 kg. It comes with its stand and is in excellent condition. It's a very rare combination.
