PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is a 5 x 5 x 3 mm Sandawana Emerald faceted stone. It is extremely clear and bright, with strong chrome green saturation, and it is a 0.66 carat trillion modified triangular brilliant cut. Its bluish undertones are prized in Sandawana material as a signature colour tone, and the stone is large and very clean for its locality. Sandawana, which closed many years ago, produced some of the highest chromium saturated Emeralds in the world. Most are small and heavily included, but this one isn’t! The trillion cut disperses the light and colour beautifully.
