PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is an African Butter Jade (Hard Serpentine Dolomite) diamond tooled twin fighting zebra sculpture. This excellent, detailed, high quality carving is a stunning piece made from material I mined in 1991 at Bronkhorstspruit in the old Transvaal. It was carved by a Zimbabwean carver, possibly Ephraim Moyo, a famous carver, for our dear friend Tony, then kept by Tony’s wife Chia for 35 years. It now comes from their deceased estate. A selected piece.
