PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is an antique, high quality Silver grape and fruit purse art piece. Natural black oxidation has been left in the engraved fruit. A three dimensional, beautifully made figural casting, representing a money bag spilling over with rich fruits, grapes and frosted leaves. Stamped with the credentials of being 800 European, 80% hallmarked Silver, (Central European silver from the early 20th century). The stamp shows the original manufacturer, hallmarked by the official European assay office, with the 800 mark. Made in Italy. Approximately 211 grams of pure silver would be used to make this piece. The pure metal value is about $225, close to our price.
