PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is a faceted Ruby bead necklace. This is a substantial, collectors grade jewellery piece with nice clean slightly translucent pink. (Opaque solid pink with a hint of translucency) Rich raspberry to purple magenta pink. Progressive sizes of beads from 9mm at the gold clasp to 16 mm large beads at the centre. Each bead has been micro-faceted with honeycomb hexagonal faces across all surfaces, making the necklace highly reflective, with glints and flashes everywhere! To top it off it is highly fluorescent red under a UV light. The necklace has a fine filigree gold ball clasp in 14 karat gold, stamped. It was made in the 1980s but is in perfect condition. It is a unique, authentic Ruby and gold classic vintage piece, and it comes in its original red velvet jewellery bag.
