Nice, 60% Bright and Clear Rock Crystal with a large Splayed Needle Golden Rutile Central Crystal in the Center view on every side of the Clock tower, and smaller Rutile needles all over if you look at it in the light, or from the right angle. This is material from the 1980s and is generally not available very easily to make such items these days as it used to make much more expensive items. Unusual and unique.
