This is a hand made, polished Soapstone Panda Carving from Zimbabwe. It's a really groovy piece made from black soapstone - although, there are white matt areas that were left over for Mr. Panda's white areas, and polished black for Mr. Panda's black areas. There aren't too many of these African Pandas floating around!
