This is an ULTRA RARE Aggeneys Siderite/Sphalerite Epimorph after Calcite excellent crystalline specimen. 

Aggeneys is a mining town between Pofadder and Springbok. (Two small towns in the Northern Cape.) These are super rare  and we've only seen a hand full over the years. This an exceptional example of silky lustre crystallisation on large flat terminated 6 sided barrel shaped crystals of 30 - 60 mm, Sphalerite matrix. Complex isomorphic crystallisation. From my private collection.
