This is an Erongo Smokey Quartz with Black Schorl Tourmaline in a splayed "star" formation. There are several joined Quartz crystals with Schorl Black Tourmaline crystals and needle inclusions and fluorescent Hyalite Opal radiating in all directions with a tiny green Fluorite at the bottom.
