Natural Exquisite Bladed Royal Blue Azurite Ball Specimen with Malachite x 1 From Jakka Mine, Congo

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is an exquisite bladed Azurite ball specimen from the Jakka Mine, from my private collection. It is a classic 2010 find, highly selected as the best of its kind, with bright royal blue, shiny crystalline spheroids with green Malachite on the ends of some of the lamellar blades and in the centre. Superb bright and classic piece. Lamellar rosettes form a “Blueberry Cluster” in a deep, vibrant electric blue, with radiating fans aggregating into a spherical formation. Bright green Malachite highlights the tips of some of the smaller blades and sits in the centre. I kept this as one of the best of these old pockets, which is no longer available because the mines collapsed.
