This is a perfect Dioptase Specimen with No Matrix. Prismatic, cubic large crystals with pyramidal terminations on some crystals. Solid emerald green large crystals up to 15 mm (which is exceptional for Dioptase) and many 5 to 10 mm crystals. 99% pure Dioptase small cabinet excellent example of this extremely sought after mineral. New from the Tantara Mine DRC. The piece is entirely composed of vitreous, large, interlocking, sharp crystals. This is a classic excellent Dioptase specimen.
