This is a very interesting and classic quadruple headed drusy quartz coated crystal Spearhead Calcite Pseudomorph. The Calcite centre fluoresces bright red under a UV light! Large specimen from Albert's Mountain in Lesotho. Very few of these exist and this is a great piece.
