Natural Silky Ball Malachite On Druzy Crystalline Dolomite Matrix Specimen x 1 From Kambove, Congo

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Nice Chatoyant 17 cm Crystalline, Lustrous Green Malachite Spheroids and Silky Fan Formations on a sparkling Drusy White Quartz (and Golden limonite Coloration) coating on Copper Dolomite. The Velvery fand and Needles on the edges of some of the Spheroids display a nice play of light across the surfaces. We have seen these selling at substantially higher prices than this for specimens bot as good as this. This a stunning Spheroid Variety of the copper carbonate hydroxide Malachite.

We hadn't seen this material for 22 years until recently. Very different from the normal Botryoidal Malachite specimens that come from the Congo. We received these directly from Mr Mtwale from Congo.
