PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
XXL Museum Specimen of Pink Rhodocalcite. This is a cobalt-coloured Dog Tooth Calcite, which is a very rare mineral from the Mashamba West Mine in The Democratic Republic of Congo. Very few of these were mined, so they are certainly not common. There were two batches of them during 2025, and very few at that. There certainly wont be many pieces of a very rare mineral like this around!
This specimen is over 47 cm long and almost 35 kg, with Gemmy Translucent Pink Crystals and a few rare, Tan-Green Botryoidal Kolwezite Crystallization in crevices, and on crystals. This is a classic Rare Mineral that is not easy to get a hold of. This piece is beautiful and, although iyt is nit cheap, it is extremely well priced for such a rare A Grade, beautiful specimen that would be at home in any Museum.
