Natural XXL Stalactite Malachite Specimen x 1 From Kolwezi, Congo

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 

Extra Large 29 kg Jaw dropping Malachite Stalactite Multi Fingered Specimen. Over half a meter Long by approximately 30cm  x 30 cm, this is the Centrepiece of a Cabinet or a Museum Showpiece and is such a beautifully aesthetically specimen, along with being really Geologically Interesting and Intricate. Again, we have seen pieces half as nice as this selling in shops, online and at shows for double and triple this price, so even with shipping, it's a win and would grace any intelligent persons home/office/collection/display Cabinet or a Museum. Uncountable amount of fingers on this piece and with fingers growing in both directions, so it has both Stalactites and Stalagmites in one groovy show specimen. 

These Stalactite Formations form from Water leaching through the Copper Rich Soils and Dolomites in the Copperbelt of the Congo Basin and, through Saturation, forming layers of Malachite Cu Oxidisation on the insides of Cavities in the Geological Vugs and Caves in the soft Dolomite matrix (Caves usually form in Dolomite, as it often gets eaten away by water erosion) and then dripping in spikey Acicular Forms downwards and forming beautiful green banded and ring patterned Stalactites (just like normal Aragonite Stalactites in most cave systems EXCEPT that these are Bright Green and have a crystalline surface) and forming these absolutely magnificent Malachite Stalagmites underneath at the bottoms, and down the sides of these Copper caverns and vugs.
