This piece is a Polished Mutokolite Emerald Muscovite Mica Free Form with Fluorescent Rubies in the centre, from The Great Dyke in Zimbabwe. It is already a very rare mineral and then, only 1-2 % of these have the ruby with them, so  this is a beauty. 

Mutokolite, a newly classified Chromium-rich Chrome Muscovite from Mutoko, Zimbabwe, is a rare mineral initially mistaken for Emeralds in Matrix due to its vivid emerald-green color. Unlike true Emeralds, which contain Beryl, Mutokolite’s hue comes from high Chromium content within its layered, sheet-like Mica structure, displaying a pearly to vitreous lustre and often encased in a silky silver Mica Schist matrix.
