Polished Septerye Fossil Display Crystal x 1 From Mahajanga, Madagascar

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is a rare Septerye Display Crystal with a crystalline yellow Calcite vug in the termination. Septerye is made up of yellow Calcite and compressed sedimentary concretions that is formed around organic matter. The dark chocolate brown Aragonite forms the islands that the Calcite flow into/around. The yellow Calcite fluoresces lime green under the UV light, groovy indeed!
