Hand Made Polished Dragonsblood Stone Copper Wire Art Pendants - Sold Per Item - From Tshipise, South Africa

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 

These are intricately wire-wrapped, copper art, hand made, and uniquely polished Bastite Pendants, more commonly known as Dragonsblood Stone, on a braided and black cord, from Tshipise, Limpopo in South Africa. Sold Per Item.

We found and mined this at Messina and near Tshipise years ago. This is nice Red Piemontite in nice Green Epidote, a rare stone that is unique to the Messina Area. Hydrothermally formed near the "Dragon Hill "of Tshipise Hot springs (In fact, Tshipise means "Hot Place "in the local Vhembe tongue) . Our friend Dimby Razafinjoelina polished these perfect little jewellery points individually (not Chinese mass produced). And they are very tastefully Copper wire wrapped by Lee Anne Todd of Gypsy Creations professionally. Highly selected pieces from Toprock made into Rock Centric jewellery...the more you know about gems and minerals, the more you will enjoy these jewellery pieces, but few wouldn't appreciate them.
