A Unique Pocket of VERY Unusual Material from Madagascar on 2019 produced this "Blue Spark" Iolite.(AKA Water Sapphire) This Sphere is one a few that was made and has Bright Blue "Sparks"in a Black/Deep Blue Cordierite Matrix and also Pink Sillimanite Spotted patterns on it. There are certainly very few of these floating around! A 71mm Diameter Ball.
