Polished Mutokolite Sphere x 1 From Mutoko, Zimbabwe

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 

XXX Rare, Emerald Green Mutokolite Muscovite Mica Ball with Fluorescent Ruby. This Unique material comes from Mutoko, in The Great Dyke, in Zimbabwe, a very Geologically challenged, and complex area - we actually thought we had Emeralds until they were analyzed and came out to be closer to Clinoclase, and is actually a Gemmy, Chrome-Green Muscovite. Only a few of these Spheres were made (By Garie and Trudy: our Toprock lapidaries.) Included is a Rose Wood Folding Stand.
